Return of the Old Standby

Congrats! I look forward to smelling you next time I see you! I typically have one perfume per decade and I think it might be time for me to retire Burberry Touch as well. Smart to go to Anthro! We love their decor and their clothes, why not smell like them too? Also, I forgot what your china looked like...girl, its gorgeous.

Yay for Jeff and Warby Parker! I got mine, and I think I love them. Right when I ordered them they released the new styles so I started second guessing, so we'll see. Can't wait to hear what Jeff picks.

So D, have you been in H&M lately? You know its been an ol' standby of mine for the past, well, 8 years or so... but lately I just wasn't really feeling it and it was weirding me out. Then Spring 2011 came out and the flame was rekindled. I think their looks are so darn cute. Especially all the coral (and we know that I am into coral lately)! Anyway, they really nailed it with this shade in my opinion...

In the above image the two looks on the right feature the same top... which I am totally getting. Along with this one:

Via: Lilac and Grey (a great new blog I found!)

As usual H&M's site is majorly lacking, so I suggest that you head to a store nearest you (although the whole Fashion Studio thing on their site is sort of a great time waster/flashback to paper dolls).

Also, I walk by this dress in a store window every single day and I seriously love everything about it. The cut, the color, so great. This pale lady just wished it came in a redhead-friendly shade:

While I'm all about the 1970's looks for this summer, I think my office look is going to be all about brights mixed with gray and other neutrals. Remember a few months ago when I was drooling over this post on Coco Kelly? I just think it gives bright colors an edge and makes them a little less preppy-prep which I like (says the girl blogging about china earlier this week).

With love and dreams of warmer weather ahead,

Ps: Random: have you seen the site When Parents Text? I laughed out loud. So much like Overheard in New York!
